Panama 1982 5 Balboa, Rare Major Error w/Ley 0.500 Silver reverse on this Copper-Nickel Specimen coin. Estimate less than 20 coins released to the public. The 5 Balboa was unknown and only the 1 Balboa with 11 coins struck was known and recorded. The 5 Balboa was recently noted in Krause Catalog with a mere 200 coins recorded, but has not turned up for years and this is the first I have owned and seen. The 1 Balboa, I have seen 3 time within 20 years. This error was unknown, only the One Balboa with the same error had a Record Mintage of 11 coins and listed at $1500 Krause. I Estimate Less than 20 coins distributed.
