New Zealand 1942 Florin, Rare Key Date, Sharp NGC 63 CH BU, Low Mintage, Key Date with a mere mintage of 150,000 coins struck and most widely circulated and very hard to find in high grade. This one better than what I usually see, a rare mint state with full luster and nice strike. King George's face is nice and rounded, especially the cheek, the highest point of noticeable wear, Not Flat from wear. The ear is sharply struck, nice hair detail and not the usually wear or soft strike this coin is usually seen. The reverse is very nice, Kiwi Detail are strong with sharp hair detail on body and neck and Complete Defined and not Worn Down. Exceptionally clean of heavy contacts, Sharp fully defined High Rims, and best I have seen in high grade in a long time. Always in demand and getting hard to find one in mint state as this one, a nice high grade in Choice BU. A very nice addition to your collection
