Gorgeous and Rare 1913 Struck over a 1912. These Over strikes are quit rare and hard to locate. Normally seen in VF grade, this one outstanding with sharp detail and lots of field luster. The 2 is noted at the bottom of the 3 sticking out "Lower Right" of the 3, See Red Arrow. A great find and always in demand in high grade. A very nice addition to your collection.
