Malta, Rare 1979 Specimen Set, this being struck by the Franklin Mint and not the more common Proof set which has thousand minted. This having only a few sets struck with a small mintage of about a couple of hundred sets. These sets are in great demand due to its limited numbers available to collectors. A rare date with a very small mintage of a mere 537 sets reportedly made and most likely only a few sets made it to the public and now rarely seen.
